how many guests?
One barista pours 35–40 coffees an hour. If more than 50 guests are coming, add a second barista so nobody waits in line — we will flag it on your quote.
Add to Any Package
- Additional barista (4 hours) — $400. Recommended for larger events, or any event where you want two queues moving.
- Travel beyond 30km — $150. We are based in Moorabbin and cover Melbourne's south-east and central suburbs as standard.
- Extra hour of service — $350 per hour. Book it up front, or add it on the day.
- Custom branded cups (100) — $300. Your logo, or the couple’s names, on every cup.

q: What do you need from us on the day?

q: Where do you travel?
a: We're based in Moorabbin and cover Melbourne's south-east and central suburbs as standard. Beyond 30km there's a $150 travel charge, and we'll show it on your quote before you commit.
q: How long should we book for?
a: It depends on your guest numbers and the shape of your day. One barista pours 35–40 coffees an hour, so two hours comfortably covers a smaller event, while conferences and weddings usually want four or six. Not sure? Request a quote and we'll recommend the right block — and tell you if a second barista would serve you better.
q: How far ahead should we book?
a: As early as you can — weekend dates fill up first. Getting a quote doesn't lock you in, so there's no harm checking your date now.
q: can we extend on the day?
a: Usually yes — an extra hour is $350, subject to what else we have booked that day. If you think you'll want it, it's cheaper to book the longer package up front.
